Generative Waves 12

There are several levels of randomness progressively introduced. First, the wave motif basic shape will vary each time it is drawn. This motif is constructed as the sum of three sine waves of increasing frequency, so we can allow the amplitude and phase of each component to vary by a small amount. We can play the same trick with the oscillations that determine the colour of the motif. The red, blue, and green component will have a very small random nudge at each iteration.

The results to my taste give a more interesting texture to the figures. This album shows a few of the experimental trials.
